Hayley and Roberta were an absolute pleasure to work with on the sale of our Balmoral Road renovation. She sent us a progress report every week with real buyer feedback and a call going through how each open home weekend went, so we always knew where things stood and never had to chase. She was honest with us too, in a kind and constructive way, which we really appreciated.
