Mel was absolutely amazing. I really appreciated how available she was, even in the evenings. I never had to check the time before calling or texting her. I randomly found a dream home I wanted to buy so decided to sell my house and txt Gavin to get his thoughts and he showed up the same day and had a look around and gave me a realistic appraisal. He wasn’t full of bull crap and I felt comfortable giving him the listing. Through out the process his team were great at communicating when needed but also didn’t bother me with unnecessary communication and just got on with the job of marketing and showing the house. In the end the house was actually sold by another agent from the same office but Gavin and his team were still there to offer me advice and make sure the settlement went smoothly. I was a first time seller so probably was asking loads of silly questions but they were always very helpful. I ended up getting what I wanted for the house so I can’t fault the work done by Gavin’s team.
