I was very happy with Toni as my agent. I was very impressed by her attention to detail, she picked up some 'fish hooks' that I certainly would not have been aware of. Her approach in all regards was professional. She alerted me to the fact that my lawyer hadn’t been responding to requests from the sellers lawyer. The only thing that puzzled me a little bit was that the house was marketed as being 'offers over' a certain amount. But the first offer was exactly the amount stipulated. So I was surprised that this offer had been brought to me. That’s a minor quibble, I would highly recommend Toni based on my experience. She definitely went the extra mile in lots of small ways and i would use her again.

Tracey was very pleasant and professional to deal with. She quickly understood our special situation and made appropriate allowances in negotiating with the vendor.
