Our first contact was with Amy, we were greeted by a friendly smile, shortly after Nate arrived at the property and immediately introduced himself and joined in getting to know us and what we were looking for and needed from a property. I felt Nate quickly picked up on who we were and some light banter followed on throughout the proccess. When Amy was not available Nate was more that happy to help with any questions. Nate and Amy helped with advise on making an offer on the property and worked very close with us and the vendor making the process seemless. Offers and counter offers were all done within what I would say a very acceptable timeframe. Within 24 hours of viewing the property, our offer was signed off by Robin's vendor. Our time frame was short, needing to house a family member, so we appreciated that Robin took us seriously, didn't mess us around (with fabricated multi offers) and he got the job done.
