I found Aaron to be kind, considerate, and understanding of my housing needs. He was patient and helped me understand the process for a first time NZ home buyer. He communicated well with me and also the owners and apartment manager to get viewings and inspections done in a timely easy manner. I would work with Aaron again.

Struan was very helpful and gave me excellent advice throughout the process. He helped me a lot in advising how to prepare the property for sale, and I really appreciated the excellent recommendations he made to get the tradesmen to do what was required. He undertook a lot of the initial preparation work himself, which was a great help to me as I was about to leave the country for 6 weeks. He kept me closely informed at all times, which I greatly appreciated. He was always very pleasant to work with and it seemed that nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He established an excellent rappore with everyone else involved in the sale. Struan is a competent, experienced agent who works very hard indeed to get the best sale for the vendor. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again myself of the situation arose.
