With a background in the sheep and agri industries of 30 years, Sharyn found the transition to rural real estate to be an easy and natural one. Originally studying at Lincoln University, Sharyn went on to work as a wool buyer for a New Zealand wool exporting company for 14 years, purchasing wool on behalf of high-end Italian and Japanese spinning mills and liaising with farmers. Through her exposure to the rural industry, Sharyn says she gained a great understanding of the people she dealt with on a daily basis. “I learnt to understand rural people and what was important to them,” she says. Relaxed, but professional approach.

We liaised with Dan during the property transaction. He had a laid-back, no pressure approach. He was friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a unique situation where we knew the vendors and currently leased some of their property already. He was professional and provided any information we requested in a timely manner, although much of the information we secured from the vendor directly due to the existing relationship. We have no doubt it would have been provided should we have required it. We appreciated the lovely gift basket he delivered once the property had gone unconditional filled with items we would enjoy. It showed he had listened to us. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Awesome communication & very helpful
