Lana was very responsive to our needs for information, both in providing feedback from viewings and open homes, and in replying to our questions and suggestions. Lana had great location awareness about the valley, which was very helpful in connecting potential buyers to our home, and understanding the market relativities in this location. In a subdued market Lana and the Arizto team were able to generate strong interest, a good number of second viewings, and meaningful conversations. Overall, we appreciated the attentive and friendly approach shown by Lana along with her determination and insightful understandings into buyer motivation and intent.

Buying a house in the same city is stressful enough let alone an entirely different island but Lana made it work! From getting us in for a viewing before it was even on the market, sending us anything we asked for and being available to chat at any time, her assistance in negotiating the agreement was refreshing.
