About Ben

17 years selling homes for a traditional real estate franchise throughout the Top of the South taught me many things. The most important of these is that Real Estate is not about property, it’s about people. Treating people with respect, integrity and honesty and not like a transaction is the only way to achieve true success. Having sold more than 400 properties in my career, I got tired of generating profits for a corporate entity and decided something had to change. Change Real Estate was born out of a desire to effect real change both in our industry and our community. 100% of our company’s profits are channelled back into our community through charitable organisations, fuelling positive change where it’s needed most. I’m very proud of the unique agent collective model we’ve built from the ground up. Excellent knowledge of the Nelson real estate market

Ben turned his deep knowledge of the real estate market in Nelson to navigate a conditional sale into an unconditional sale. To do this he had to work with several people to benefit both the purchaser and the vendor. We highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their home

Easy to deal with, knows his stuff, great communication

The process was very easy with Robin. He is very knowledgeable without being pushy meaning he relates well to sellers and buyers. Highly recommended. Communications were always fast and easy. Nothing was an issue.

Efficient, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish

Robin was excellent to deal with throughout the sale process. He had first approached us some time before we were ready to sell, and followed up at sensible intervals without being pushy. When the time was right, he was the person we naturally thought to contact. From there, Robin made the process very straightforward. He communicated clearly, responded quickly, and kept us informed whenever we needed to make a decision. He gave practical advice on the market, helped us set realistic expectations, and guided us through the process when interest was initially slower than expected. What stood out most was how easy he made things for us. He was professional, efficient, and calm, and he helped us navigate the offers we received so that we could choose the one that best suited our situation. We were very happy with Robin’s service and would happily recommend him.

We were so relieved to have a stressfree relaxed time selling our house.

They were so professional and explained everything to us. I felt totally at ease and taken care of. I didn't know much about how it all works but the walked us through it so we felt comfortable. I knew they would negotiate the best deal for us and they did. I highly recommend their services.
