17 years selling homes for a traditional real estate franchise throughout the Top of the South taught me many things. The most important of these is that Real Estate is not about property, it’s about people. Treating people with respect, integrity and honesty and not like a transaction is the only way to achieve true success. Having sold more than 400 properties in my career, I got tired of generating profits for a corporate entity and decided something had to change. Change Real Estate was born out of a desire to effect real change both in our industry and our community. 100% of our company’s profits are channelled back into our community through charitable organisations, fuelling positive change where it’s needed most. Toni has an enthusiastic outlook and driven to deliver the best possible outcome.

From the beginning Toni was very responsive to any queries we had, always returning calls asap. She is knowledgeable on the local market and backed it up with sound research. We were drawn to the agency’s size and their charitable outlook. What really stood out was her relentless negotiating work to bring the sale to a resolution when it looked like it might fall over. Awesome agent and an incredibly easy experience

Robin was absolutely awesome to deal with from start to finish. He made the whole process so easy and stress-free, with great communication, professionalism and a really relaxed approach. He was always available when we needed him, kept us informed throughout and made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel incredibly straightforward.
