I had a great experience dealing with Tim Hansen from Harcourts when buying my new place in Millwater. What stood out most was Tim’s honesty and the way he communicated throughout the process. His follow-up was always appropriate and helpful without ever becoming pushy or irritating, which I really appreciated. He was responsive, followed through on what he said he would do, and was straightforward and no-nonsense in all his dealings with me. He was also excellent at solving the little issues that inevitably come up along the way.
