We had our house assessed for sale by Tim at least a year ago. He presented us with a ribbon tied box with his assessment inside. It was very professional and impressive. We were not ready to sell at that point. A few weeks ago we decided we were ready to sell and called Tim to sell our house. He has been very professional and his communication has been excellent.
