Great first time Auction experience with Alan Chen on our side!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Alan Chen during our first home auction purchase, and the experience couldn’t have gone more smoothly. From the outset, Alan was incredibly comprehensive with his information, making sure we understood each step of the process clearly and confidently. What really stood out was his calm and steady approach throughout what can be a very stressful experience. There was never any pressure, just clear guidance, honest communication, and genuine support, which made a huge difference for us as it was our first time at a home auction. Thanks to Alan, what could have been an overwhelming auction process felt manageable and well controlled. We never felt judged they always treated us with respect

Our real estate agent Frank Li went out of his way to show us different properties so we could make a better informed decision. He was an excellent communicator and very efficient. Bob's negotiation skills were top notch. We would definately use them again with purchasing property. Throughout this whole process they never made any judgement or discriminated against us they were very respectful, straight up and welcoming. We loved using their service!
