Well priced could always be cheaper

Kaitlyn went out of her way to help in every way she could. Her manner was always very courteous and professional. She was always impeccably turned out and very professional. When I asked her about a new property for me to purchase, she immediately knew exactly what I was looking for, and was able to show me a delightful property.

At all times during the sales process they kept me informed and I was confident in there desire to present my property in the best possible manner.The marketing plan and production was second to none. Being respectful to our wishes especially as there were interested buyers contacting us and Harcourt's long before the Auction .. some if the contact was not welcomed by us at the time and it helped to have a buffer with the Agents. We really like the Auctioneer Kieran too as very enthusiastic and helpful. We appreciated having Real Estate Agents who respected and understood the value of our property so we could get near our intended price.
