We did the open homes each weekend. Chris did advertising and followups. It was a system that worked well. We were never too busy and found we could easily answer visitors' questions. Chris followed up with a call after each open home. Chris also followed up with Auckland Council on a LIM report query and received a favourable answer to it. We could not have handled this without him. It precipitated the sale.

Although he was the agent for his client, he treated us (the buyers) as equals. Yes, of course, if we bought the house he was selling, this is good news for him, but through the many comms I had with Chris, he genuinely wanted the best for both his client and the buyer. He was not pushy or overbearing but open, honest, helpful and professional. I recommend Chris to anyone looking to sell their home- he will look after you.
