His skills in assisting with the sale and walking us through the process were top-notch - calm, clear, and explained in a way that made sense to me. It was my first experience selling a property, and I was nervous, but Liam made it a breeze. He kept me in the loop with the numbers. Walked us through the process, explaining each step, including the calculations and what to expect from buyers. His transparency and expertise really helped ease my nerves. He worked alongside his father, Charlie Brothers, an experienced Real Estate agent and manager, to present various offer options (Conditions 1-4 and 5, cash offer, and terms of settlement), giving us a clear understanding of our choices. For the final inspection, he ensured we'd dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's to meet the offer. My brother and I were selling mum's place after her passing and we looked at and talked to a number of agents including high profile lifestyle specialists. What stood out for us is both Victoria and Jo- Ann understood the market, provided direct advice and we thought were prepared to work for the sale - and boy they did! We both live a long way from Bombay, its a big house and there was 40 years of accumulated farm and engineering equipment stored about the property in sheds that needed disposal along with a lot of furniture. Both worked with us around organizing cleaning, dressing and organizing skips and local contractors to do a lot of the clearance. This was massive and way beyond what I've experienced with agents who are more transactional. Furthermore we received multiple offers so feel that we received a good price in what is a challenging sellers market. They were excellent communicators throughout the process and couldn't recommend them both enough!
