Laith has very good communication skills , good market knowledge, good negotiating skills and of course a hard working agent. He managed to get back up offer to speed up the sale.

Team Ash and Harsh were very effective communicators to both myself and prospective buyers. They with my input decided auction would be the best sales platform to secure the best result. They managed to get 8 parties into an auction room which resulted in a sale.
