Evan discussed and tried different ways of selling and advertising my unit which I really appreciated. I wish we hadn't gone to Auction as 2 weeks is not enough time to get any buyers for this, however the open homes were successful as the right person did purchase my home and I was pleased this did not go to developers like so many old places do these days. At all times Diana kept the pressure on without being pushy -it seemed to us she was happy to communicate with solicitors,house inspection etc on our behalf.In simple terms she was at all times totally professional and clearly in control and understanding of the process and well capable of meeting the needs of both buyer and seller at the same time creating an atmosphere where a potentially stressful situation was made pleasant/enjoyable.
