Nick helped the reviewer buy this property

Got the deal over the line!

We had been searching for a home for quite a long period and had been to plenty of Nick's listings over the last 12 months. Nick and his team were always very friendly and easy to chat with, and we knew his listings were always high quality homes that would attract plenty of buyers. Lorene was great in keeping us updated on upcoming listings that met our criteria without pestering us, and Nick provided us with pretty accurate and direct feedback following open homes. In the end we were stoked with our new home and the deal that was done for it. Nick and his team worked masterfully to get the deal over the line, when we thought it was going to fall over. I would highly recommend Nick and his team to anyone buying or selling in the Ellerslie area or surrounding suburbs.
