After nearly 1.5 years with Ray white New Lynn, Austair realty Ltd we switched to Mona Lisa. Ray white Austair we're absolutely useless and I suggest that no one ever uses them as they not only don't deliver but they lie. They corrupt the market trying to drive sales into areas they want and will not sell at the price you want and are telling buyers a completely irrelevant price under what it's worth to suit their own purposes, but which we've only later found out after transferring to Mona Lisa as the buyer who ended up buying our house told us that's what Ray white Austair was telling buyers, 20-30% under what we told them to sell at. So after >1 year of dealing with that corrupt agency, we couldn't afford not to move. Mona Lisa made no true promises but she assured us she would have it sold quickly in 1-2 months and at closer to the price we needed because of the extensive rebuild level of high quality renovations we'd carried out. Yes the price was still lower than we needed but under the current government's economic environment that just wasn't something that could be controlled and still 30% more than the lies Ray white Austair had been telling us. Well within 1 month Mona Lisa had an offer 30% more than the lies Ray white Austair had been telling us for so long. Within that month of switching to her it was sold, after a year of heartbreak and mounting debt. Mona Lisa took special care in entertaining only valid offers and was mindful of our needs and the reasons why sale price so essential to our personal circumstances. She acted as our friend and confidante, not just some BS sales person telling lies all the time like Ray white Austair did. I recommend Mona Lisa as she got the job done fairly and conscientiously and immediately. Thanks Mona Lisa.
