AJ helped the reviewer sell this property

Helpful and communicative

Initial appraisal was useful and gave us some helpful ideas. We were pleasantly surprised that he had a potential buyer in mind and managed to get the property sold in one day. This saved us all the stress of having the property available for open homes, etc. He seemed to have very good local knowledge.
