Hamish helped the reviewer sell this property

Rapidly agreed a sales plan, implemented to a result in two weeks, with few stressful incidents.

Hamish & Deepak quickly produced a sales plan to meet my requirements. Their knowledge of how to best appeal to prospective buyers was very helpful. Their internet advertising and five Open Homes created viewings by about three dozen prospects, and produced three serious offers by the deadline date. They handled difficult negotiations with the best offer honestly, and used their extensive professional knowledge to advise the best options throughout this process, so that unconditional agreement was achieved with a week.
