Calm, professional guidance given throughout the entire process with excellent communication.

Communication was outstanding and I felt very informed as to where we were at with the process, every step of the way. At the initial meeting I gained practical guidance as to what I should focus upon to get the property ready for sale. I received guidance for timing of sale and sale prices of similar properties in my area. Feedback from open homes was quickly available for me to read online. The negotiating process was smooth from my point of view with Chris representing me and gaining a successful result for me. This was done quickly with little wait time. Overall, a professional experience for myself. I would not hesitate to use Chris again or to recommend his services.

An excellent estate agent!

We had a great and happy experience selling our apartment with Chris. We found his communication excellent. He was very professionnal, experienced, efficient, smart and quick. We loved the photos he took and we liked how he presented the marketing material. Thanks to his right price estimation we sold in 19 days!!! We recommend Chris warmly!

Chris made the whole process as smooth as it could possibly have been !

We found Chris really great to work with from start to finish. Selling a home can be stressful, and we had some property related issues that created some complications for us. Thanks to Chris’s experience, market knowledge and responsiveness the one thing we didn’t have to worry about was everything taken care of by Home sell and Chris, which was all as smooth as it possibly could have been. Apart from the clarity, ease of process and great communication, what particularly stood out for us was the value for money. We honestly can't understand why anyone would go with another agency. We've already told friends about to sell this. We would absolutely recommend Chris to anyone thinking of selling.
