Excellent Experience from Start to Finish

We had an excellent experience with Wendy and Helen throughout the sale of our property. They were incredibly responsive, kept us updated every step of the way, were always easy to contact, and took the time to explain things clearly. They were fantastic throughout the pre-auction process, particularly when it came to managing buyer interest and expectations and bridging the gap between us and potential buyers. Their experience and understanding of the market really showed, and they worked hard to create the right conditions leading into auction. We were particularly pleased that they were able to achieve a sale price above our reserve when the property sold under the hammer. We were also really impressed by their technical knowledge and understanding of council requirements, which gave us a lot of confidence when navigating some of the more complex aspects of the sale.
