Dean and Ani took the time to understand our needs and provide sound advice along the way. A most professional and respectful experience.

Dean surpassed our expectations. He is a consummate professional in every way. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

We knew Dean was the right agent for us after first meeting him at a weekday open home—a sign of his incredible work ethic. He was the only agent we considered, and our trust in him was the best decision we made. This was not a straightforward sale. The property required a full renovation, and Dean's advice was absolute: move out, do the reno, and commit to full staging. This strategic advice was the foundation for our entire successful outcome. Dean's professionalism is on another level. He was organizing photo shoots from an airport while on his own holiday and was obsessed with perfection, right down to personally aligning the taps. His marketing was brilliant, generating 4 group visits at our first weekend open home—we were overjoyed. But where Dean truly showed his mastery was at the auction. In a tough market, he and the auctioneer, John, worked tirelessly to generate strong competition. Their energy and professionalism in the auction room were outstanding, and they navigated the entire process to achieve a final price of $1,725,000, which we were absolutely thrilled with. It was a masterclass in reading the room and added immense value. We are over the moon with the result. Our real feedback is in our actions: we are already referring him to our friends and we will absolutely be using him to sell our next property. He is the best in the business. Thank you, Dean.

We had an excellent experience with Wendy and Helen throughout the sale of our property. They were incredibly responsive, kept us updated every step of the way, were always easy to contact, and took the time to explain things clearly. They were fantastic throughout the pre-auction process, particularly when it came to managing buyer interest and expectations and bridging the gap between us and potential buyers. Their experience and understanding of the market really showed, and they worked hard to create the right conditions leading into auction. We were particularly pleased that they were able to achieve a sale price above our reserve when the property sold under the hammer. We were also really impressed by their technical knowledge and understanding of council requirements, which gave us a lot of confidence when navigating some of the more complex aspects of the sale. We genuinely appreciated how professional, approachable and supportive they were throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend Wendy and Helen to anyone looking to sell their property!

Wendy was always positive and completely dedicated to help us sell the property from the start till the very end. In spite of encountering a set of adverse circumstances beyond anyone’s knowledge or control, she was not fazed and dealt with them on our behalf, always with our best interest in mind. The property belonged to a family member living overseas so it required extra work and effort but nothing was too much for her. She went many extra miles to help us and saved us time, energy and stress in getting the property ready and throughout the selling and handing over process. Wendy is always approachable, professional and thoroughly trustworthy. We highly recommend her. M

Working with Wendy has been a standout experience. From the start she brought clarity, reassurance and strong market knowledge, which helped us navigate the process with confidence even in challenging market. Wendy is respectful, listens carefully and always keeps her clients interests at the centre of every decision. She sets realistic expectations and knows how to support us during property sale time. We felt supported and understood throughout. Like many others have said, Wendy consistently goes above and beyond. Her organisation, attention to detail and calm guidance made a real impact, and her determination and skill showed. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we relied on her more than we expected to. Her integrity and genuine care shine through in everything she does. I could not have asked for anyone better to guide this sale and I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Areas of specifics ie Marketing. Area knowledge. Area statistics. Following up with us, keeping us informed.

Catherine is very knowledgeable about all things to do with real-estate. She kept us informed about the general market and about the property we managed to purchase. A true professional having been involved in selling property for many years. A very good listener and communicator who facilitates a smooth , stress-free buying experience from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending Catherine whether you are selling or buying a property.

We responded to a recommendation about the outstanding care and attention these 2 women offered in the sale of a friend's house. Our initial meeting was lively and very enjoyable and we came away with a very comprehensive brochure and a couple of days later received a video of the property. All looking very attractive. We had a tall order - a quick sale at a good price, while accommodating the tenant who'd been in the property for about a year and was well settled. There were also some repairs we were hoping would wait for the new owner. The property went on the market in December and there were 2 viewings. Before the third, a keen buyer had met the tenant, assured her that he would continue her tenancy, made an unconditional offer and said not to worry about the work needing to be done - he'd do it himself! Everything went through without a hitch and we are so grateful for Julie and Sarah's delightful light touch and extensive professional expertise which made the whole business a breeze - for us! Thank you!!

We found Sarah and her colleague Julie very easy and straight forward to deal with during the purchase process and they gave excellent support after going unconditional. While they were clearly doing a good job for their client, the vendor, the ease and flexibility while dealing with us as a potential purchaser was a key reason why we went ahead. Our recent experience with other agents is they just make things too difficult but this was not the case with Sarah.
