Sonia was amazing in every way. She knows the industry and the area very well, and guided me with the finer details of putting my house in the best position for sale. Sonia understood which areas were worth investing in (such as garden tidy, some landscaping and staging), taking great care with tiny details which she knew would make prospective buyers see themselves living there.
