Explained what the market was doing, had a plan how to market the house, got in a stager to present the house in the best light, had a list of people that I could call on for whatever I needed doing such as painter, tiler, landscaper. If I was having a wobble, talked me through it. I felt totally supported, with reports after every open home and private viewings.
