Julie proved to be right! I was keen to sell my home but nervous about timing given the market conditions prevailing at the beginning of winter. The US/Iran war and subsequent oil crisis were causing huge uncertainty/volitility to global financial markets. New Zealand was not immune. Julie was certain motivated buyers were on the horizon.
