Right from the first moment I met Charlotte I found her warm personality very favourable. She is an excellent communicator, which was displayed throughout my journey with her. Open communication was paramount at every level. All questions, and there were many, answered. Nothing was a problem. If I didn’t understand all I had to do was ask. Professionalism was the key. Charlotte’s open and honest communication skills were very helpful. Watching her growth and energy levels outstanding. She was available whenever I needed to talk things through. Leaving my family home after almost 40 years was challenging. Charlotte reassured me I was in control of the process throughout the selling journey. After the sale, Charlotte visited me and was willing to help me pack. She provided sturdy boxes for garage packing. Going the extra mile with support and a listening ear was paramount in my surviving this journey alone. Thanks for being a warm friendly Real Estate Agent Charlotte
