He was flexible with viewings, including arranging appointments at short-notice. The team was efficient and delivered, but there were several issues that deserve reflection. We were completely excluded from the decision-making process regarding the selection of marketing materials and the auction date. The team also allowed buyers to inspect our house multiple times before the settlement without informing us about the final inspection dates. On settlement day, there was a complete lack of communication; no acknowledgment or congratulations were offered. The following day, we received a generic email requesting feedback on our experience. All our previous transactions with other agents involved much better communication and a greater respect for us as clients paying tens of thousands of dollars in agent fees.
