The photography and marketing looked fantastic and generated a huge amount of interest from the moment we went live. Communication throughout the campaign was exceptional. James kept us updated after viewings and open homes, followed up buyers, attended building inspections and was always available when we had questions — often well outside normal working hours. Most importantly, he delivered. We had around 40 groups through in our first week, received a strong unconditional offer, brought the auction forward and had additional bidders interested. We were absolutely delighted with the final result. James works incredibly hard for his vendors, but he's also a genuinely lovely person to deal with. We always felt that he was on our side and cared about the outcome as much as we did. Thank you James for everything.
