She understand the market, provide excellent service, and I'm very satisfied.

Helen was great. Her proposal was not just an appraisal of value, but plans and options on bring the house to market. She worked hard, often on weekends and evenings, provided good info, gave great advice on buyer proposals and questions, looked after me on auction day, and just did an all round great job

Helen is a very straightforward and direct person who doesn’t waste time going in circles. Through simple conversations, she quickly understands exactly what you’re looking for and recommends properties that genuinely match your needs. She’s not limited to her own listings either—she also introduces suitable options from other agents, which really reflects her professionalism and client-first approach. What impressed me most is her responsiveness, sharp instincts, and strong execution. Her follow-up is incredibly fast, and she has a keen sense of matching buyers with the right opportunities. For example, I initially attended one of her open homes, but the property didn’t quite meet our requirements. She immediately recommended another nearby option, and shortly after we left, she proactively contacted us with all the key details. When she learned we were available that same afternoon, she quickly arranged a private viewing—something we hadn’t even expected—and also introduced additional properties during the visit. Remarkably, the very home she showed us that afternoon turned out to be the one we ultimately purchased. We truly feel lucky to have met Helen, as her efficiency and proactive approach ensured we didn’t miss out on such a great opportunity. Throughout the entire process, including the auction, she provided valuable advice and strong support. What stands out is that she doesn’t just represent the vendor—she also genuinely considers the buyer’s perspective. I found her to be honest, reliable, highly efficient, and truly dedicated. I would confidently recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and capable agent.
