Our second sale using Nic and Misaki and then did not disappoint. Hard-working, honest, and generally just really nice to have on board. Thanks again guys.

Nic recently sold our Castor Bay home, with a great result. He was exceptionally professional in every manner and guided us effortlessly through the sale process. He was always punctual and available. Thank you Nic and your wonderful support team of Sandy and Misaki. We highly recommend Nic. Robert and Lorraine.

Nic and Misaki were absolutely top-notch — professional, accommodating, honest, clear, and open. They genuinely worked in the best interests of both parties and made the whole process seamless. I look forward to buying from them again in the future.

We had a great experience with the agent throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent—always responsive, clear, and easy to deal with. They demonstrated strong knowledge of the local market and provided practical, honest advice. Their negotiation skills were also very good, and they handled everything professionally while keeping our best interests in mind. Overall, a very smooth and positive experience, and we would happily recommend them to others.

Selling a house can be stressful, but Helen made the entire journey feel much smoother and more enjoyable. From start to finish, she was incredibly caring, professional, and always one step ahead. Whenever I had questions or concerns, her response was amazingly fast, and I always felt supported throughout the process. What impressed me most was her ability to anticipate potential issues before they happened and guide me through each stage with confidence and patience. Her experience and attention to detail gave me real peace of mind. I truly appreciate all the help and support she gave me during this journey. I would highly recommend Helen to anyone thinking about selling their property. Having her on your side makes the whole experience easier, smoother, and far more enjoyable. Thank you, Helen!

Helen and Grace are great to work with. They have excellent knowledge of the market and their communication is proactive, clear and timely. They go the extra length to ensure the process flows smoothly and you're not left in the dark at any stage.

Linda sold us this house 6 years ago and now was our preferred agent for it cane time for us to sell to the next lucky owner. She treats her clients with the upmost respect and is the hardest working agent we know often working well into the night. She kept excellent communication lines open and worked Sat and Sun each weekend with open homes and paid fastidious attention to every detail. We achieved the sale price we wanted and ahe made the whole process smooth, consistent and transparent. Linda goes the extra mile and is so dedicated, professional and personable and we would recommend her to anyone looking to buy and sell. We felt heard and trusted her advice and guidance through the process and she has expert insights into the market and the process of selling a home. Thank you. Nicky and Mark

Linda was such a delight from the moment we first walked into view the property and such a pleasure to deal with throughout the buying process. Highly recommend her

Great communications, phone and emails. Made herself available for further viewings if required. Knew what the market is doing. Got the deal done!

In the situation with one agent representing Buyer & Seller which is not what I am used to it can become a sensitive tightrope walk. Claire handled this very well and communication and market knowledge was evident as a result of her obvious experience.

Claire strikes a rare balance. Warm, genuinely personable, yet grounded and direct when it matters. She understands people as well as she understands the market, and that combination builds real trust. She first found us our beautiful home, and some years later, skilfully sold it for us. Both experiences were seamless, thoughtful, and handled with care. We met with several agents, but Claire earned our confidence and didn’t disappoint. In a challenging market, she secured a quick sale without unnecessary stress. Communication was clear, decisions felt informed, and the entire process was a breeze.

Claire was attentive to every request for information we made, was quick to respond, followed up appropriately and did it all with a smiling, friendly happy and warm attitude. She knows real estate in and out and negotiated effectively and ran the sale and purchase process professionally and effectively. If I was selling a house I'd recommend her - she will work hard to get the best results for the vendor and achieve desired outcomes, and all with a friendly face and expert knowledge.
