Chanelle was awesome to work with through the whole process of listing and preparing our home for sale , she realized it was a big decision to sell as we had a lot of attachment to it , and was always patient and never pushy or putting us under any sort of pressure. Once the house was on the market she was great at communicating with us , always very quick with her responses and we felt like we could always completely trust what she was telling us . Everything ran so smoothly, it made a stressful process so much easier, we really appreciate it.
