Within days of being contacted to sell the property Emma had prepared a market appraisal, the agency agreement, had potential buyers, and had drafted a marketing summary for our review. A short time later the marketing details were finalized and private viewings were arranged prior to listing and open homes. The open homes were popular and resulted in a successful offer at deadline sale. Emma's subsequent follow up with the buyer kept us informed regarding progress to being unconditional.
