About Shona Experience & Knowledge... Shona has been involved with the real estate industry for 20 years. Her interest with real estate began when she owned up to eight rental investment properties. Shona drew a wealth of knowledge during this time and decided to train professionally as a Property Manager. Shona’s first four years were initially working as a Rental Property Manager. She built this business to a substantial management level and grew a large client database. Shona still works with most of these clients today. The real estate industry is about working closely with a client and achieving, or surpassing the results expected. No two clients are the same and Shona likes to adapt her business to work at an individual level. For Shona it was a natural transition to progress towards a sales and marketing role. Again, she built a business which continued to grow and expand with each year. Shona joined Harcourts Real Estate in 2010 as a Sales and Marketing Consultant and continued with this role for five years.
