I have sold two properties in the last couple of years. For both properties, I used Ella Vink as my agent. I find Ella easy to deal with, an excellent communicator, and a person who follows through on what she promises. For both properties the sell price was at the upper end of Ella's appraised market value, which was excellent and shows that she gives good honest/ realistic advice.
