Agencies in Liberton, Otago

Excellent communication throughout. Great to deal with. If there was an issue that came up, was presented to buyer and dealt with. Acted in a collaborative way.

Cherish listened to what I was looking for in a home and managed to find one that ticked all of my boxes. During my search, she created opportunities to see houses early and give me the best possible chance of securing what I wanted. She was great at following up, staying in contact and providing me with information and assistance where needed. My first buying experience was a positive one thanks to her. I would recommend her to anyone that needed advice or guidance when finding their new home.

We have just sold our house through Cherish, and she was an excellent agent from start to finish Her communication was fantastic, providing consistent feedback and highly constructive advice as we progressed through the sale. Because we chose to list quietly, our house wasn't officially listed publicly, Cherish worked off her own database of active buyers. This made the whole experience remarkably stress free, and at no time did we feel pressured. Cherish managed the entire sale process brilliantly with her cheerful attitude and personality. Top Marks to Cherish who is a very genuine person and great at her job. Regards Bob and Sharon

I’m very happy I decided to market my house sale with Chris & his team. Chris had a successful plan that worked fast. Chris kept me informed every step of the journey, his communication was awesome!! All helping make my house sale a breeze. I had numerous offers all within a week of listing, a confirmed sale and Chris supported me throughout. I would highly recommend using Chris at BE Real Estate for your property sale. I know how much I appreciated working with him!

Very pleasant experience with Chris. From the start, he was highly responsive to my questions even outside of normal working hours. He also helped me organise moving a bed I'd purchased before settlement since we didn’t have storage & even assisted with lifting it on the day which was well beyond what you’d expect from an agent. Thanks again for all your assistance in purchasing my first home.

Was all simple quick and easy

I highly recommend Leo Li as a professional and reliable real estate agent in New Zealand. From the very beginning to the successful sale of my property, he provided patient, detailed and thoughtful service all the time. As an overseas owner living far away in China, I was worried about the whole selling process, but Leo kept me fully updated with regular progress reports, clear market analysis and honest professional advice. Leo was always responsive to my messages, explained every procedure and document in a simple and understandable way, and handled all viewings, negotiations and paperwork efficiently and responsibly. His professionalism, patience and great communication skills made the whole selling process smooth and stress-free for me. Thank you Leo sincerely for your dedicated work. I would absolutely recommend Leo to anyone who plans to buy or sell property in New Zealand, especially overseas clients.

We brought a property that Leo had listed. Leo was great to deal with prompt communication and kept us up to date along the way. Great service! Thanks again Leo

The team had a pragmatic understanding of the market and helped me with all the minor items associated with the sale. Excellant communication for a sale which was in the winter months.

An interesting open home in Alexandra was the propulsion we needed to offer our property for sale. In spite of other's interested, we managed, wiith the superb communication and empathy from Dee and Peter to buy our dream retirement home with a minimum of stress on our behalf. Very many thanks for a swift conclusion. The marketing was excellent as were the negotiation skills

Pip has a very honest communication style. She assisted us with the local contacts necessary to have the house checked out and has kept us updated through the process. Friendly and personable and very down to earth.

Alana is a super star! She is great to work. Her extensive market knowledge, excellent service, savvy negotiation skills exceeded our expectation towards buying our first car investment property. We appreciated the experience of purchase was smooth and stress free because of her clear communications and commitment.

Alana was an absolute pleasure to work with. She respected all the process I needed that might have been a little unusual. She explained each step clearly and offered advice when asked - which I greatly appreciated. She gave me all the information and tools to make the right decisions and I recommend her wholeheartedly if you're looking for an agent with reach - professionalism and care.
