Agencies in Dalmore, Otago

Andrew is knowledgeable about the market and his constructive suggestions, optimism and tenacity led to a sale at the price I was after. He communicated clearly and respectfully throughout the process and I would recommend his services.

Rob was amazing throughout the entire process from giving an expectation as to what we could expect and what we needed to do from a paperwork as well as improvement perspective. He kept us informed of what was occurring before and after open homes and got us a sale in a challenging market. If you want an agent who genuinely has a passion for what he does and you as the seller than I doubt there is anyone better that Rob!

Just wanted to thank tania for the sale of property and communicating with her is easy. All the documents and being transparent with the sale of the property is smooth.

Stephen, Jacqui and Ame were able to get us a Top Price for a very challenging worn out ex rental that requires a lot of work. We were very concerned with the state of the property and thought Team Johnston might not want to sell the house. They took on the property, were confident the house would sell with the right marketing showing the full potential of the house. They put our minds at rest. We received 8 offers in total for the house. They showed great market knowledge by advising a sell price for the home after sourcing quotes to reflect true costs for a new buyer to modernise the home. We were kept up to date by texts, emails and phone calls. None of our questions or phone calls were a bother. We had complete trust in them. I/We would definitely use Team Johnston for any future house sales within our family and recommend them to others.

Ganesh and Renee came on board with such enthusiasm and professionalism we instantly felt at ease. They are excellent communicators and are quick and efficient at getting tasks done. We felt straight away we were with the right team. They worked hard to get the deal over the line for us and we are grateful we chose The Rout Group to work with. We would highly recommend Ganesh and Renee to anyone in Dunedin area looking to sell.
