Melissa has been a very pleasant person to work with, and has a good knowledge of the property.

She has an excellent knowledge of the property and was always available when I either required information or requested a viewing. On viewing the property she had a very good knowledge of the building and enabled me to take my time and get a real sense of what it would be like to live there. There was never any sense of having to rush. She was also prepared to offer helpful advice regarding things like window treatments

Tania gets the best price, together with premium service, what a combination

We needed to sell our parents' home, which was quite run down and clearly a project for the eventual buyer. We weren't initially keen on selling by auction, but Tania and the Harcourts team explained why they believed it was the best way to achieve the highest possible price. The property had great bones and was in an excellent location, so they were confident it would attract strong interest. An auction would create a competitive environment between buyers, while also giving us the security of an unconditional sale. Tania's three-week marketing campaign generated outstanding interest, and on auction day there were 13 registered bidders. The final sale price exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have been happier with the result. We would happily recommend Tania and the Harcourts team to anyone looking to sell their property.
