We were casually looking for the right next property and from time to time after that visit Anna would send through info about the market, and properties that fit our wishlist, both of which we found really helpful. When it came time to buy our next home it coincided with a check in call from Anna who provided really lovely guidance around the auction process and tips for us, even though it was a property listed with another agency. Come time to sell our house, and Anna was our first choice of agent to help us! The trust and confidence we had with Anna, and her knowledge of the market, from that first meeting grew even more. We saw the focus and experience Anna has in her work as she worked all hours right up to the auction of our house to make sure there were buyers in the best position to bid, and we understood where we sat in that final stage. Throughout our whole time working with Anna her communication was clear and helpful, she brought energy in when we truly needed it, built excitement and ease when things felt overwhelming, and is someone we’d recommend to anyone entering the market!

Anna was the ideal agent that really stood out from the crowd (and we viewed many properties!). She is an excellent communicator, and quick to follow up on our questions and requests. While some agents can be very pushy, Anna had the exact right balance of maintaining contact while allowing us the time and space to make decisions. I addition, we felt she had excellent insight into the housing market which helped us craft an offer that got us into our ideal house. All in all, we had an excellent experience house viewing and buying with Anna. Would thoroughly recommend her as an agent, and should we decide to sell at any point in the future Anna will be the first agent we contact.

I recently purchased a property through Rob and found him friendly, approachable and very easy to deal with throughout the whole process. There was quite a bit of back and forth involved in getting the deal across the line, and Rob worked hard between both sides to find a solution that everyone could agree on. An interesting open home in Alexandra was the propulsion we needed to offer our property for sale. In spite of other's interested, we managed, wiith the superb communication and empathy from Dee and Peter to buy our dream retirement home with a minimum of stress on our behalf.
