We were so grateful when Abby took on our listing. We had met her a few times at other house sales and were always impressed by her smiley welcoming nature at the other open homes. And Abby completely understood that selling the house wasn’t a business transaction to us, it was a very more like passing on the house that we were custodians to. Abby was able to help us find some good guys to help us finish some little jobs around the house. They were much cheaper and friendlier than the workmen that we had found on our own too. The most important thing that Abby helped us with was keeping us calm during the whole process. Because she was calm, it helped us to relax. And anytime we got a bit anxious, she stepped in like a superstar and helped us to smile and see things as not a problem. Abby is very very gifted at what she does. Xiaoyan was so incredible in helping us buy our first home, we are super busy (as is she) but she would always reply to my late-night messages and there were lots of them!
