Simply the best ...

Within a few minutes of meeting Ganesh, the decision was made to list with The Rout Group. He was direct, informative, and knowledgeable and showed complete respect for our specific needs regarding a home that had been lived in by the same owner for the past 45 years. Between Ganesh, Renee and Adrija, we were kept informed throughout the entire selling process, and with their considerable knowledge and buyer trust, the house was sold in phenomenal record time to the perfect buyer. Simply put, this has been the most hassle-free house selling experience imaginable (on selling side, not the cleaning, clearing or moving side!) On behalf of my brother and myself, we are deeply grateful and honoured to have had TRG represent the property, with absolute thanks to Ganesh, Renee and team for making it seamless. What would make the process more interesting is if the agents could review the clients!

Awesome experience !!

This was our first time selling a house and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly, from the first meeting Ganesh had all the information we needed as sellers , costs involved , marketing strategies and was ready to go at a quick pace !! Ganesh also had great knowledge of selling in the area and had a proven track record of the homes he had sold!
