I feel very fortunate to have chosen Trista as the Agent to sell my house. At all times Trista made selling my much loved home a pleasant experience. Totally professional, listened to my wishes, always on time, and gave helpful advice as and when it was needed. After my home was sold she then helped me through the difficult task of finding me a smaller home as I was downsizing. With her knowledge of the market, and listening to my wishes, we did find the perfect new home. Denise was quick to reply to questions, and carried out the negotiation between both sides in a supportive and friendly way, making time out of normal hours to suit both buyer and vendor. Many agents come across as smarmy and false, whereas it felt like Denise was upfront and frank. Her bubbly personality also helped smooth over my stress!
