We had to sell our fathers home when he passed, and both of us live a significant distance from our home town, and in different time zones. Fiona was exceptional in working to establish an agreed sale price on Christmas Eve and Settlement in mid-January. She kept us fully informed and was always punctual for appointments.
Kim knows her way around the property market extremely well, she has a the ability to navigate and find a good result even if the market dictates a difficult scenario. I found Kim's communication very good with clear updates and ideas as the transaction progresses. I would highly recommend her for any real estate sale or purchase and/or just looking for good advise.

Kelly was genuinely interested in us and to take on the sale of the property on on our behalf. She did not 'muck around', the unit went up for auction 4 weeks after our first meeting; we knew all the possibilities with the sale because she happily explained all our questions no matter how big or small; we were kept informed of everything that was happening even though we were away for 3 weeks; she did the same through the auction process. Kelly met with us on our terms. We felt valued. If we could give her 11/10 we would confidently do so.
