Steady hands through a long, complicated sale

Selling our property turned into a marathon. The process stretched over years, and the final nine months involved a chain of three properties that all had to settle before our sale could complete. It was a tense, uncertain stretch where any one link could have broken the whole thing. Throughout it all, Tracy was outstanding. Communication was consistent and clear. I always knew where things stood, even when the news wasn't what we wanted to hear. Just as valuable was their ability to read the situation and the people involved. With several parties under pressure and emotions running high, they kept everyone calm, managed expectations, and kept the deal moving when it could easily have fallen apart. Plenty of agents can handle a straightforward sale. It takes real skill, patience and judgement to get a drawn-out, multi-party deal like this over the line. I'd recommend Tracy without hesitation, especially if your sale is anything but simple.

Direct and energetic.

Right from day one Milly was straight to the point about the best plan for our property, she had clear ideas and communicated these in a straight up no nonsense fashion.
