She did not 'muck around', the unit went up for auction 4 weeks after our first meeting; we knew all the possibilities with the sale because she happily explained all our questions no matter how big or small; we were kept informed of everything that was happening even though we were away for 3 weeks; she did the same through the auction process. Kelly met with us on our terms. We felt valued. If we could give her 11/10 we would confidently do so.

Great communication in tough market

Kim knows her way around the property market extremely well, she has a the ability to navigate and find a good result even if the market dictates a difficult scenario. I found Kim's communication very good with clear updates and ideas as the transaction progresses. I would highly recommend her for any real estate sale or purchase and/or just looking for good advise.

I found Erin to have very good knowledge of the current market for purchasing and selling a property. If things didn't always go to plan (as is sometimes the case) there was always a favourable plan B. Erin has a very calm and focused approach with continual feedback that I found gets results.

Jennifer is incredibly upfront and honest. While her direct style made me a bit unsure at first, it became clear over time that she has her clients best interests at heart. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and works to provide all the facts and options without pressure or influence. ​The guidance and support she provided throughout the process were invaluable.
