‘Listen twice as much as you speak’ – this is something I was told many years ago, and to date, it hasn’t let me down.
I have lived in Ruakaka and Whangarei most of my life. Four years ago, I launched myself into Real Estate – jumping out of a plane after raising money for the Alzheimer’s Foundation.
Prior to moving into Real Estate Sales, I had 30 years of customer service, sales, and property management experience – all of these are people-based, and I pride myself on making sure my customers, clients, and family come first.
I am conscientious in everything I do as a Salesperson, and I am confident I have achieved the correct balance of life skills to help you with your Real Estate needs.
My belief is that Real Estate is more than selling property – it is building a trusted relationship.
Being heard is what is important to owners; the property may have been their first home, their family home, their first investment property, or the home that their grandparents owned. No matter what the circumstances, the property is important to them and their family, and matching the right purchaser to a home or finding that perfect property for a buyer is a key priority for me.
If I’m not in the office you will find me renovating my home, working in my garden, walking my dog Shyla or entertaining my grandchildren, finding just the right work-life balance.
