Tracy was excellent at gauging what was important to us and then implementing what we wanted. She knew when to insist on certain aspects and gave us we nudge when necessary which paid dividends in the end We live rural and not in the same area as our property and this was no barrier for Tracy. She had methods for achieving what was required from a distance with minimal meetings in person which was big help to us. Working from a distance meant we were unable to attend to certain arising matters in a timely manner so Tracy in my eyes went above and beyond coordinating trades people and took care of details ensuring a smooth process. I recommend Tracy as an agent who can provide the professional qualities required with a practical approach to working through the required procedures. She has resources at her disposal that are effective and timely.
Stephanie did an amazing job in selling our property. She was fantastic at communicating and did a great job when a couple of items came up in the building report which we managed to work through. She kept the buyers informed and kept the deal alive. I would highly recommend.
