Our time with Karl was fairly short, as we purchased a property through him and then put in a pre auction offer, after attending our first open home. He was most helpful explaining the process in putting this offer. We were impressed right from the start, as he was professional yet approachable and easy to talk with. He is excellent at communicating, listened to our various questions and we found him very knowledgeable with good advice. He also went the extra mile, followed up on a query re purchasing something from the deceased estate. He got back to us quickly and arranged a private viewing so we could do a follow up inspection.
