I was happy to work with two agents who know the Karori area and the housing market here so well. They were extremely amiable to communicate with, answering my queries promptly and allaying concerns. As professionals, they did the best they could for me in the current market.

They made a convincing presentation of how they were going to sell my property. I thought that they were going to be equally convincing to a buyer. I think they marketed the house very well highlighting its attractive features. They kept me updated regularly on the developments during the sale window.

Chris was clear and knowledgeable from the first chat. His price estimate was spot on. There were a few hurdles to be negotiated but he remained calm, positive and upbeat the whole time. The proof of Chris and Sara's quality is that the house was sold in a couple of weeks and for more than I'd hoped. Fantastic result!
