Dermot made a stressful time in an unpredictable market as easy as possible, exceeding my expectations in every aspect of the process. The marketing was outstanding. The presentation of the property was better than I could have imagined, and our open homes were very well attended. His clear, reliable communication and in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the Auckland market meant he managed expectations honestly and thoughtfully. When negotiations appeared to have reached a standstill, Dermot's greatest strength became evident. He worked tirelessly to achieve an outcome both vendor and purchaser were happy with. His ability to navigate difficult negotiations while remaining calm, confident and focused was exceptional. I was also conscious of the outstanding work behind the scenes from his campaign manager, Sarah, and the wider Barfoot & Thompson Remuera team, whose support throughout the campaign was invaluable. I would not hesitate to recommend Dermot and his team to anyone looking for an exceptional real estate agent.
