Communication throughout the campaign was excellent, and we were kept well informed through regular WhatsApp updates, weekly reports and feedback following each open home. As we were based out of town, their willingness to assist with providing access to tradespeople and helping coordinate matters at the property was particularly valuable and made the whole process considerably easier for us.
